Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 C (350 F) standard or 160 C (320 F) fan-forced. Grease and line an 8-inch square or round baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs for about 30 seconds until creamy and well combined.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and dark chocolate. Heat in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until fully melted and smooth.
- Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the egg mixture. Whisk until completely smooth.
- Gently fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, stirring until you have a thick and smooth brownie batter. Then, mix in the chocolate chips.
