Description

Easter Jell-O Cups bring together vibrant layers of delicious gelatin, creamy condensed milk, and a festive touch of Cadbury mini eggs. This simple recipe is perfect for gatherings, offers an exciting pop of color, and satisfies your sweet tooth with every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • green jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3.5 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup cold water
  • yellow jello
  • pink jello
  • blue jello
  • whipped topping
  • pastel nonpareils
  • Cadbury mini egg

Instructions

  1. Line up containers on a baking sheet or other flat, movable surface.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the green jello and 1 cup boiling water, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Add 3.5 ounces of sweetened condensed milk to the bowl, stirring until fully combined.
  4. Pour in 1 cup cold water and mix well.
  5. Distribute 1 ounce of the green jello mixture into each container, then refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  6. Repeat the process for the yellow jello, pink jello, and blue jello in that order, ensuring layers cool before adding new ones to prevent mixing.
  7. Once all layers are set, pipe a dollop of whipped topping on top, sprinkle with pastel nonpareils, and add a Cadbury mini egg for decoration.

Notes

Make sure the jello is sufficiently cooled before layering to maintain distinct colors.
Feel free to experiment with different colors of jello for customization.
These cups can be prepared a day in advance for convenience.
