Description
This Crock Pot Reuben Dip is a crowd-pleaser with a delightful mix of corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese. With simple preparation and rich flavors, it’s ideal for gatherings or a cozy dinner.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients minus the cream cheese in a 3-quart crock pot and mix with a spatula.
- Add softened cream cheese and mix until combined. Larger chunks of cream cheese are fine as they'll melt during cooking.
- Cook on LOW for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until hot and creamy, stirring every 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with dippers, keeping the slow cooker on warm.
Notes
You can substitute with other cheeses if preferred.
Make sure to drain the sauerkraut well to avoid excess moisture.
