This Chipotle Ranch dressing combines creamy mayo, zesty lime, and smoky chipotle peppers for a flavor-packed addition to salads, veggies, or snacks. Simple to prepare and a crowd-pleaser!

- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Combine mayo, sour cream, chipotle peppers, dill, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and sugar in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Adjust the thickness by adding milk and lime juice. More milk for a pourable dressing, less for a thicker dip. Blend again to combine and taste for seasoning adjustments.
- Pour into a jar and chill in the refrigerator until serving. The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add more chipotle peppers to taste.
This dressing is versatile; use it on salads, as a dip for veggies, or a sauce for sandwiches.
