- 1.5 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or kashmiri chili powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or avocado)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 1.5-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the chicken for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes after cooking before serving with chutney or rice.
