Description

Buffalo Chicken Dip is a creamy, cheesy delight packed with flavors that make it perfect for gatherings. Quick to prepare and unbelievably tasty, this dip is a must for any party or casual snack time.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and both cheeses until blended thoroughly.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top out evenly.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm with chips, celery sticks, or bread.

Notes

For extra kick, add more buffalo sauce to your liking.
You can substitute rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
This dip can also be served in a slow cooker on low for a wonderful party dish.
