Description

These Baked Reuben Sliders are a fantastic option for a quick meal, packed with robust flavors from corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese, perfect for gatherings or a family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 hawaiian-style sweet rolls cut in half to make tops and bottoms
  • ½ cup thousand island dressing
  • ½ pound corned beef sliced thin
  • 1 pound sauerkraut drained
  • ¼ pound swiss cheese sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Butter the bottom of a 9-inch x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Arrange the bottoms of the rolls in the prepared dish.
  • Spread 1/4 cup of Thousand Island dressing on the roll bottom halves.
  • Layer the thinly sliced corned beef over the rolls. Add the drained sauerkraut on top of the corned beef. Finally, place the Swiss cheese slices over the sauerkraut.
  • Spread the remaining Thousand Island dressing on the inside of the top halves of the rolls and place them on top of the Swiss cheese.
  • Brush the melted butter over the tops of the rolls using a pastry brush.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted.
  • After baking, remove from the oven and slice each slider apart. Serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, try using rye rolls instead of sweet rolls.
These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked right before serving for convenience.
Feel free to customize the toppings with additional ingredients like pickles or onions.
