These Baileys Chocolate Truffles are a delightful blend of flavors with a simple preparation. Combining crunchy biscuits with rich cocoa and Baileys liqueur, these no-bake treats are perfect for parties or a sweet indulgence at home.

- 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
- 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
- ⅓ cup (50g) cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
- ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits in a large ziplock bag or food processor until they become crumbs.
- Transfer the biscuit crumbs to a mixing bowl.
- Add the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys liqueur to the crumbs.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After chilling, form the mixture into balls the size of glass marbles.
- Roll each ball in coconut or chocolate sprinkles, and place in paper cases.
- Chill the truffles, covered, in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
For a different flavor, try using different types of cookies for the base.
Ensure the truffles are completely chilled before serving for the best texture.
These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
